Dear Dr. Cheifetz,

Thanks so very much for everything over the last week. I just wanted to let you know that I had an extremely pleasant experience with you and your office. After my first call to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Central New Jersey, I figured I would call around just to see who else was out there (mostly because your office did not accept my dental insurance). When I called around, I just had the most ridiculous responses to my need for an appointment. The first office told me that they only took new patients on Wednesdays. My only hope was to go for a consult on Wednesday, and then hope that they could get me in as soon as possible. Meanwhile, I knew I would be missing work and the pain in my mouth was just excruciating. The second office I called told me that their oral surgeon wasn’t actually going to be there until the end of October, but the dentist that they did have in the office was “really great at pulling teeth”. It was actually pretty hard for me not to laugh as I was hanging up the phone. After repeated attempts, the third office never did pick up their phone and did not even have any sort of answering machine for me to leave a message. Can you believe that in 2008? Anyway, it seemed as though the forces of nature wanted me to come to your office, and I decided that in or out of network, this was looking like my best shot. I am so glad that I made this decision!

From the moment I walked into the office, I was happy and comfortable. The front desk girls and the assistants were just wonderful to me. They were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Then when I met you Dr. Cheifetz, you were very professional and courteous to let me get my x-ray from my other doctor and return the same day to continue my consult. I really appreciate how you explained every little detail to me so that I knew just what was going to happen. Furthermore, I couldn’t believe it when you said I could come in for the surgery the next day! This worked out perfectly with my work schedule and I just knew that everything was going to be ok.

The day of my appointment I was nervous, but again, everyone made me feel really comfortable. I don’t even really remember the surgery, which is really what every patient wants. When I work up, everyone was very concerned and made sure I was better than ok before leaving the office.

As for the re-cooperation process, it is going really well. Just one day after the operation and I feel so much better than I thought I would. And I know it will only get better from here. Before when I was working at my local dentist office and we were referring patients to you guys, your office was just a “name” to me. Now when patients need oral surgery, I know that I will be really excited to refer them to you and more than happy to share my own fantastic experience.

I just really wanted to say thanks for everything. Without your office and expertise, I would probably still be sitting her with a big fat cheek hoping to find an appointment to fix it. Looking forward to seeing everybody for my check-up appointment.

My son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed, I was very anxious for him! When I had mine done (yes, many years ago) I was only given Novocain and the dentist removed 4 impacted wisdom teeth. I was so sick afterward, 2 black eyes, swollen face and jaw totally black and blue. My son had no swelling, very little pain in fact only took advil after the first day. The surgery healed beautifully, he is good to go!!

We (my family) have seen Dr. Sasportas 3-4 times and his service is always wonderful. He is knowledgeable and caring. My son Michael had his wisdom teeth out with hardly any discomfort not even needing Motrin. What a good experience. I still have twin daughters who need teeth out and I will always recommend Dr. Sasportas.

Dr. Cheifetz is a wonderful surgeon. I’ve had him several times. He calmed my anxiety he is a very caring doctor.

Every visit has been made as stress-free as is possible given the serious nature of the treatment. Technician and support staff has been very comforting, pleasant and up-beat. Dr. S’s cheerful manner is very helpful in a stressful situation.

All of many visits were made as comfortable and caring as was possible. Lots of TLC.

Dr. Cheifetz called the evening after my surgery to check on my condition. I found this to be thoughtful and appreciated his gesture a great deal! This is the above and beyond treatment we rarely see anymore! Thank you!

We have had other visits in the past for both my mother and my father. I took my father again for dental extraction, Dr. Sasportas is just fabulous, I can’t say enough about him. We love him so much. The best we have ever encountered. His office staff is phenomenal, they are so helpful, caring and extremely knowledgeable. We love them as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you and please make sure this is passed on to everyone. We miss them already.

I want you to know how appreciative I am for having you as my oral surgeon. I had a great deal of apprehension about having a tooth pulled (which I have not experienced in over 40 years) and having a titanium implant.

Your expertise is surpassed only by your care and concern for the well-being of your patients. You were so conscientious because I had been on Fosamax, and you wanted to be certain that there would be no complications. You had me take a blood test and then decided that I discontinue taking Fosamax until the procedure was complete. Everything went easy and well!

I would recommend you highly for anyone anticipating an implant. You are to be commended for your dedication to your profession.

We were extremely satisfied with the entire procedure for my son’s wisdom teeth. Dr. Bradley, as usual, did a thorough job in explaining the need to remove his teeth, i.e. the benefits and advantages to removing them at this age. He always puts us at east with his confidence and easy manner, spelling out everything step by step. He answers all our questions, even if we ask twice! The staff at your practice is equally kind and helpful. I’ve recommended your practice numerous times, not only for the above reasons, but also because it is run very efficiently and your offices are spotless! I really do look at the big picture when choosing (or being recommended) a doctor’s office and you score a 10 rather than a 4 on all points. Keep up the great work.
