Practice Administrator

Our Practice Administrator at OMS of Central New Jersey (OMSCNJ) is the key person responsible in managing the everyday function of our entire practice. She is involved in overseeing our staff and two surgical facilities - ensuring that our patients receive the finest care possible every day.

Patient Services Representatives

Our Patient Services Representatives will assist you with scheduling and preparation of your surgical appointment. They will review office policies and answer all of your preoperative questions. They are involved in coordinating your surgical care with your referring Dentist or Physician. You should feel comfortable asking them any questions related to your preparation for surgery.

Our Patient Services Representatives will also assist you in scheduling your consultation and going over any questions you may have regarding our insurance participation. They will be also be able to answer any preliminary questions you may have.

Our Billing Representatives

Our Billing Representatives are available to assist you in the processing of your third party insurance claims. They can be valuable in helping you maximize your benefits. Insurance claims can be very complicated and confusing. Don't hesitate to ask our Billing Representatives for assistance. They have many years of experience processing claims.
